Highland Estate Agents are a small independent lettings agency agency based in Inverness and cover a wide area of the Highlands with over 50 years local knowledge.
The company was formed by Inverness born Peter Jamieson and his wife Olga who previously operated an international estate agency franchise in Inverness for 5 years. In 2018 Peter made the decision to go independent and now operates under the name of Highland Estate Agents operating from their offices at 109/111 Church Street Inverness.,

Letting
We offer a free, no obligation property consultation where we provide information on all aspects of letting, from the services we offer to information on current legislation and answer any questions you have. Our landlords have no fees to pay until a tenant is secured.
We offer landlords either a fully managed service or a tenant find service, both of which include web portal advertising, accompanied viewings, full property inventory, all legal documentation and tenant credit referencing. The fully managed service includes regular
visits to the rental property to ensure any maintenance issues are dealt with timeously and this also gives tenants an opportunity to let us know about any issues they may have. We believe this regular contact with our tenants serves to build a good relationship and in turn helps us provide a first-class service to our landlords.
